A Place to Call Home
All of our residents enjoy a completely furnished private bedroom. All of our bedrooms are furnished with a queen sized bed, nightstand and dresser. Our private bedrooms have ample space allowing each resident the opportunity to customize their space with small furniture, art and items to help them feel at home. Our home is staffed 24/7 and our residents have access to a staff member at all times. Our home has numerous common areas where residents can watch tv, engage in a project, read a book or play a board game.
Health Care Services
Stonecrest Living offers all residents health care services appropriate to their level of care. We offer registered nursing services, medication management, assistance with ADL’s, mental health management and more. Our residents enjoy three home cooked meals each day and as needed assistance with housekeeping, laundry, finance management, and appointment making.
Therapeutic Activities
Living in the heart of community allows our residents to be a thriving part of our community. Residents have access to a local fitness center and daily activities at the Hopkins Activity Center in Hopkins, Minnesota. Our residents also partake in a variety of activities in home and outside such as board games, dining in the community, movie nights, bowling, concerts, and theatrical plays.
